At Kiini Essence LLC, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Merchandise — Final Sale

Most Kiini Essence merchandise is produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, all sales are final, except for damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled items, or circumstances where applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

- Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs selected by the customer

- Personal preferences after receiving an accurately fulfilled order

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Kiini Essence within 30 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review your request and, when the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact us immediately if you need assistance with an order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
